The Philadelphia 76ers and Joel Embiid are consulting doctors and considering alternative options for the All-Star center’s injured knee, sources told ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Embiid has battled through the ailment all season, and treatments – including injections – haven’t provided any improvement, adds Charania.
The former MVP experienced swelling in his left knee following Saturday’s defeat to the Brooklyn Nets, Charania reports.
