New Orleans Saints general manager Mickey Loomis still likes his team’s chances with Derek Carr as its starting quarterback.
“We feel like we’ve got a guy we can win with,” Loomis told reporters Wednesday at the combine, according to ESPN’s Katherine Terrell.
New Saints head coach Kellen Moore was previously noncommittal about Carr being the team’s starting signal-caller next season.
