The Philadelphia Eagles are signing running back Saquon Barkley to a two-year extension, the team announced.
The pact is reportedly worth $41.2 million, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Barkley becomes the NFL’s first tailback to earn over $20 million per season. The deal includes $36 million fully guaranteed at signing, and the Eagles star will have the opportunity to earn an additional $15 million in incentives.
