Auburn was announced as the No. 1 overall seed for the NCAA Tournament during the bracket reveal on Selection Sunday despite losing three of its last four games. The Tigers – who topped the dominant SEC to win the regular-season title – will head to the South Region for this year’s event.
Duke, Houston, and Florida are the other No. 1 seeds, while the SEC broke the record for most teams from one conference in the tournament with 14.
