Michigan guard Tre Donaldson has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, On3 has learned. He only spent one season with the Wolverines after transferring in from Auburn ahead of the 2024-25 campaign.
Donaldson started in all 37 of Michigan’s games this season. He averaged 11.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4.1 assists in 31.1 minutes per game while shooting 43.3% from the field and 37.5% from beyond the arc. Donaldson’s points, rebounds and assists were career-highs this season.
Donaldson had his best performance of the season in Michigan’s 94-75 blowout win over UCLA on Jan. 7. The Bruins were ranked No. 22 in the country at the time. In the victory, Donaldson tallied a season-high 20 points, six rebounds and seven assists on 6-10 shooting from 3-point range.
