Georgia Bulldogs guard Silas Demary Jr. has transferred to the UConn Huskies after entering the transfer portal and exploring the NBA draft. A key player for Georgia, Demary averaged 13.5 points and 3.1 assists last season and was named SEC Player of the Week for standout performances late in the year. His move comes after Georgia’s first-round NCAA tournament exit. UConn, which reached the second round this year, will look to Demary to help lead them back to the tournament in 2025.
