The Houston Texans and defensive back Jalen Pitre agreed to terms on a three-year extension worth roughly $39 million, sources told NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
His deal includes over $29 million in guaranteed money, the most among nickel cornerbacks league-wide, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
The 25-year-old was entering the final year of his rookie contract. The Texans drafted Pitre in the second round in 2022.
