Milwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard suffered a noncontact leg injury during Sunday’s Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers.
Lillard sustained the injury while attempting to run and grab an offensive rebound. He was carried off the court by Bucks staffers and teammates and didn’t return.
