Canelo Álvarez defeated William Scull via unanimous decision (115-113, 116-112, 119-109) to once again become the undisputed super middleweight champion Saturday night in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Álvarez entered with the WBA, WBC, and WBO titles, while Scull held the IBF belt.
Following the fight, Turki Alalshikh announced Álvarez will defend the undisputed championship against Terence Crawford on Sept. 12 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Álvarez and Crawford faced off in the ring afterward.
