Arizona Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo said Friday that right-hander Corbin Burnes will undergo Tommy John surgery next week, according to José M. Romero of The Arizona Republic.
The Diamondbacks placed Burnes on the injured list with elbow inflammation Tuesday.
He’s likely to be out until late into the 2026 season at the earliest.
