Cristiano Ronaldo is set to sign a new contract with Al-Nassr that will keep him in the Saudi Pro League for at least another year, according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano.
The deal will at least run until his expected participation at the 2026 World Cup with Portugal. Ronaldo will then have a “concrete possibility” to extend his Al-Nassr stay until June 2027, Romano reports.
Ronaldo, 40, could still decide to retire after next summer’s World Cup in North America, according to Saudi publication Arriyadiyah.
