The Detroit Pistons are signing Duncan Robinson to a three-year, $48-million contract, sources told ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Detroit is sending Simone Fontecchio to Miami to acquire Robinson as part of a sign-and-trade deal, adds Charania.
Robinson’s new contract is partially guaranteed for the second season and non-guaranteed for the final year, according to Omari Sankofa II of The Detroit Free Press.
