The Washington Wizards acquired Cam Whitmore from the Houston Rockets for two second-round draft picks, sources told ESPN’s Shams Charania.
The Wizards are sending a 2026 second-rounder via the Chicago Bulls and a 2029 second-rounder that originally belonged to the Sacramento Kings, according to The Athletic’s Josh Robbins.
Houston selected Whitmore with the 20th pick in 2023 after he reportedly slid due to concerns about his medicals.
