The Denver Broncos promoted quarterbacks coach Davis Webb to offensive coordinator, the team announced Monday.
Webb will remain in Denver despite receiving several requests to interview for offensive coordinator openings with other teams. He was also reportedly considered a finalist for the Raiders head coaching vacancy.
It has not been determined if Webb or head coach Sean Payton will be Denver’s offensive play-caller next season, a source told the Denver Gazette’s Chris Tomasson.
