An exhibition bout between boxing legends Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been postponed from spring to later this fall, the fight’s promoter, CSI Sports, announced Wednesday.
The showdown between the two Hall of Famers was delayed after Tyson broke his hand during training. CSI Sports has yet to provide a new date or venue for the event.
Promoters said Wednesday that they initially targeted a May 30 fight date, though a previous report suggested the bout would take place on April 25 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
