The Houston Texans agreed to a three-year, $150-million contract extension with star edge rusher Will Anderson, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The deal reportedly includes $134 million guaranteed and makes Anderson the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history. The agreement also contains a rare no-trade clause, Rapoport adds.
The Texans recently exercised the fifth-year option on Anderson’s rookie contract, which would’ve kept him on Houston’s roster through the 2027 season.
