The 2019 season is coming to an end. The transfer portal has been hot, players are declaring for the NFL draft, and a new class has already signed. I am putting my finishing touches to 2019 rosters. I will do an article shortly on who lived up to their talent and who did not achieve their baseline talent. Initial 2020 Team Talent Formula will be coming in the near future also.

▪️My formula for coming up with these rankings:
-(per team it is 25 minus 5 year recruiting ranking average + 5 points per five star + 3 points per top 100 four star + 1 point per subsequent blue chip player/4 star. I then deduct .5 from every roster that does not hit the 85 player roster limit and/or has two star (non power 5 level players) on their 85 man rosters= Final point total)
