After the big transfer of former 5 star JT Daniels from USC to Georgia the rankings got shuffled a bit. Georgia now on paper has the #1 class. There was some other transfer news that reshuffled the ranking up a bit.
6 points for the top 10 players per the 247 Composite a rating of (99.50 >)
-5 points for 5 star rated players (98.34 -99.5)
-4 points for players rated (97.5-98.33) in the composite (Top 50 Four star players)
-3 points for players rated 95.5-97.49 (Top 100 Four star players)
-2 points for players rated 92-95.49 (Top 200 Four star players)
-1 point for players rated 89-91.99 (subsequent Four star players)
-0.5 for players rated 87-88.99 (high Three stars, usually a Four star by a least one of the three recruiting services)
-2016 class average per player weighted at 20% + 2017 class average per player weighted at 60% + 2018 class average per player weighted at 80% + 2019 class average per player weighted at 95% + 2020 class average per player full weight)
Add the totals and that equals the baseline talent score
