This week is the start of Pac 12 football. The PAC 12 is the last power five conference to start this season. I really do believe this is a USC vs Oregon battle if you go by talent and overall position group rankings. Obviously other factors in this weird season could come into play but I believe those two rosters are definitely the best in PAC 12. I would consider Washington a dark horse but a new head coach, new offensive coordinator, and also having to replace the QB position are a lot of unknowns in this weird COVID19 year.
