TCU remain unbeaten, beats Baylor 29-28

No. 4 TCU shocked rival Baylor 29-28 to stay undefeated and move one step closer to the College Football Playoff. Trailing by two points late, TCU had to run onto the field with seconds remaining and no timeouts for kicker Griffin Kell to boot a game-winning 42-yard field goal. The Frogs are the first Big 12 team to start 11-0 in the CFP era and are the first TCU team to start 11-0 since 2010, two years before the school joined the conference.

Baylor outplayed TCU for most of the game, finishing with 60 more total yards and rushing for 232 yards on 46 carries. The Bears held an eight-point lead with fewer than three minutes remaining, however, a pair of miraculous drives from TCU quarterback Max Duggan — including a draw to convert on third-and-1 with less than a minute remaining — made all the difference.
