The Orlando Magic are promoting former NBA guard Anthony Parker to general manager, sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski on Wednesday.
Parker will take over from John Hammond, a longtime league executive who spent nine years as the Milwaukee Bucks’ GM before joining the Magic in 2017. Hammond will transition into a senior advisory role.
