As expected, C.J. Stroud will be under center for the Houston Texans in Week 1.
The Texans tabbed the No. 2 overall pick as their starting quarterback for the 2023 season following Sunday’s preseason game against the New Orleans Saints, the team announced.
“It was something I worked for and earned. It’s a blessing,” Stroud said Sunday.
