Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo suffered a calf strain during Tuesday’s 104-91 victory over the Boston Celtics and didn’t return.
Antetokounmpo appeared to sustain the non-contact injury during the third quarter while running up the court after inbounding the ball to teammate Damian Lillard.
