Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay provided a positive update about Matthew Stafford, saying the veteran quarterback didn’t have any throwing limitations during a workout Saturday morning.
“It was awesome. He looked good. He threw the ball really well,” McVay told reporters, including Ira Gorawara of the Los Angeles Times. “There was no limitations in terms of the types of throws. Deep, intermediate, short. … He felt really good.”
McVay added that Stafford threw more than 60 passes during his workout.
