Las Vegas Raiders leading wide receiver Jakobi Meyers requested a trade, Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network report.
Meyers reportedly met with team brass recently to deliver the request. However, the Raiders said they value the veteran wideout and don’t plan to move him, according to Rapoport and Pelissero.
Meyers, who’s in the last year of his contract, has tried to negotiate an extension with Las Vegas, but the two sides reportedly couldn’t reach an agreement. His deal has a $10.7-million base salary in 2025.
