Amari Cooper’s reunion with the Las Vegas will be a short-lived one.
The five-time Pro Bowler has informed the Raiders that he no longer has the desire to play and plans to retire, sources told the NFL Network Insiders. Cooper signed a one-year deal with the Raiders less than two weeks ago.
