The Kansas City Chiefs listed wide receiver Xavier Worthy as doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles due to a shoulder injury.
Worthy dislocated his shoulder in the Chiefs’ season opener against the Los Angeles Chargers after colliding with teammate Travis Kelce during Kansas City’s opening drive. He was subsequently taken out of the game and did not return.
The 22-year-old was a limited participant in practice sessions Thursday and Friday after missing Wednesday’s workout.
