Kansas and Arizona State are in talks to potentially move next season’s matchup to London’s Wembley Stadium, sources told ESPN’s Pete Thamel.
The proposed game, tentatively scheduled for Sept. 19, 2026, would require scheduling adjustments by Kansas, Thamel adds. The Jayhawks reportedly need a waiver to move their contest against Middle Tennessee from Sept. 19 to Week 0, among other outlying details.
Kansas is open to moving its home game against Arizona State overseas, partly because the school’s football stadium will undergo offseason renovations that could limit seating capacity for the contest.
