Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young is expected to miss this Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills after suffering a high ankle sprain, sources told NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Andy Dalton is in line to start against Buffalo after entering in relief of Young in Sunday’s victory over the New York Jets.
Young appeared to sustain the ankle injury in the third quarter of the Panthers’ 13-6 win. He was spotted limping toward the locker room after being sacked and did not return for the remainder of the game. The 24-year-old exited after completing 15 of 25 passes for 138 yards and one touchdown.
