The Miami Dolphins and general manager Chris Grier have mutually agreed to part ways, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The decision comes amid a disappointing 2-7 start to the 2025 season. Grier has been the Dolphins’ GM since 2016. Champ Kelly will serve as Miami’s interim general manager, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The Dolphins reportedly aren’t expected to make any coaching staff changes at the moment.
