Orlando Magic forward Franz Wagner will be out for an indefinite period due to a high left ankle sprain, the team announced.
The 24-year-old requires more time to rehabilitate the lingering injury.
Wagner came off the bench in Orlando’s last two games – both against the Milwaukee Bucks – but was on a strict minutes restriction. He had missed nine straight contests and 25 of the Magic’s last 27 games before appearing in both matchups before the All-Star break.
