Veteran tight end Travis Kelce is expected to return for a 14th season with the Kansas City Chiefs, reports NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
This past season marked the final year of Kelce’s previous contract. The Chiefs endured a disappointing 2025 campaign and missed the playoffs for the first time in the Patrick Mahomes era.
Kelce, 36, could’ve landed a major contract if he tested the tight end market this offseason, notes Rapoport.
The 11-time Pro Bowler hasn’t topped 1,000 yards since 2022, but he still caught 76 passes for 851 yards and five touchdowns across 17 games in 2025.
