The Atlanta Falcons signed defensive tackle Gervon Dexter to a four-year, $78-million contract extension that includes $46.5 million guaranteed, his agents told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Dexter has made a strong early impression on the Falcons after the team acquired him in an August trade with the Chicago Bears for cornerback Clark Phillips and a 2027 fifth-round draft pick.
Through three games with Atlanta, the 24-year-old has recorded seven tackles, three QB hits, and 0.5 sacks.
