While speaking to reporters in Serbia on Monday, the Denver Nuggets star and three-time MVP Nikola Jokic reaffirmed his commitment to the franchise by confirming that he intends to sign a new deal in 2027, courtesy of The Athletic’s Sam Amick.
“My idea is to sign next summer and stay with Denver for the rest of my career,” Jokić said following Serbia’s FIBA World Cup qualifier win over Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to a translation provided to Amick by a team source.
