The much-anticipated debut of Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray came to an abrupt stop Sunday in the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers after he suffered a concussion.
Murray, who signed a one-year contract with the Vikings in March after spending seven seasons with the Arizona Cardinals, was briefly motionless on the field after absorbing a hit from Packers safety Javon Bullard and having his helmet pulled off by Packers defensive end Lukas Van Ness at the end of a 1-yard scramble.
