The Milwaukee Brewers held the Los Angeles Dodgers to one run on seven hits to win Game 1 of the National League Championship Series 2-1 on Sunday at American Family Field.
The Brewers’ bullpen allowed no runs and two hits after taking over for starter Jacob Misiorowski, who exited in the fifth inning after giving up five hits and three walks.
“That bullpen really showed up today,” Misiorowski told Tom Verducci of Fox Sports after the game.
