The Cleveland Browns are trading quarterback Kenny Pickett to the Las Vegas Raiders for a 2026 fifth-round pick, sources told NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
Aidan O’Connell, who was projected to be Geno Smith’s backup in Las Vegas, is expected to miss six to eight weeks with a broken wrist.
Pickett did not appear in a preseason game for the Browns due to a hamstring injury. Cleveland acquired the former first-round pick from the Philadelphia Eagles in March.
