Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy suffered a dislocated shoulder in Friday’s 27-21 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, and his timeline to return is uncertain, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports.
Worthy’s most likely treatment option is to wear a brace in order to return later this season, Rapoport adds. Surgery is also reportedly an option for the wideout.
Worthy was injured after colliding with tight end Travis Kelce while running a route in the first quarter of Friday’s game.
