The New Orleans Saints are making rookie Tyler Shough their starting quarterback, the team announced Tuesday.
Shough, 26, was selected in the second round of the 2025 draft. He will make his first career start against the Los Angeles Rams this Sunday.
Spencer Rattler, who started the first eight games of the season and went 1-7, was benched in the third quarter of New Orleans’ loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
