Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett made history Sunday in the regular-season finale versus the Cincinnati Bengals, registering his 23rd sack of the season to set a new NFL record.
Garrett brought down Joe Burrow in the fourth quarter.
Garrett entered Sunday 0.5 sacks shy of Michael Strahan and T.J. Watt, who each had 22.5 sacks in a season. Strahan reached that mark in 2001, while Watt did so in ’21.
