The Los Angeles Rams ended the Chicago Bears’ magical postseason run with a 20-17 overtime victory in a snowy Sunday night game at Soldier Field.
The Rams appeared to be in jeopardy of losing after Bears quarterback Caleb Williams threw a game-tying touchdown in the final seconds of the fourth quarter. However, they redeemed themselves in overtime by intercepting Williams. Matthew Stafford put Los Angeles in position for victory on the ensuing drive and Harrison Mevis nailed the 42-yard game-winning field goal.
The Rams will travel to face division rival and the No. 1 seed Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship Game next Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET.
