The New York Yankees agreed to a five-year, $162.5-million deal with Cody Bellinger, sources told ESPN’s Jeff Passan.
The contract includes a $20-million signing bonus, full no-trade clause, and opt-outs following the second and third seasons, Passan reports.
Bellinger was the top position player remaining in free agency after putting together a terrific 2025 campaign for the Yankees. He slashed .272/.334/.480 with 29 home runs, 98 RBIs, and 13 steals in 152 games.
