Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry underwent another MRI on his injured right knee and the results came back clean, sources told ESPN’s Anthony Slater.
Curry was diagnosed with patellofemoral pain syndrome or “runner’s knee.” He reportedly continues to deal with persistent pain and swelling, so his return timetable remains unclear.
The 37-year-old was ruled out for Thursday’s game against the Boston Celtics after he told training staff he didn’t feel ready to participate in a scrimmage following the All-Star break, Slater adds.
