Detroit Pistons star Cade Cunningham will be re-evaluated in two weeks after being diagnosed with a left lung pneumothorax, the team announced Thursday.
A pneumothorax is more commonly known as a collapsed lung. He’s expected to miss extended time, sources told ESPN’s Shams Charania.
“There is some optimism that he’s going to be back for the playoffs,” Charania said on “Get Up.”
