The Philadelphia 76ers are re-signing 18-year NBA veteran Kyle Lowry to a one-year contract, his agent told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski on Thursday.
Lowry signed with his hometown team midway through last season after the Charlotte Hornets acquired him from the Miami Heat and subsequently waived him.
The 38-year-old averaged eight points per game with the 76ers, adding 4.6 assists while making 40.4% of his threes. He started all six of the team’s playoff games.
