Former high school phenom Mikey Williams is transferring to Sacramento State, he told ESPN’s Shams Charania on Tuesday.
The move comes after NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal reportedly agreed to become the school’s general manager on a voluntary basis.
Williams, 20, was ESPN’s 49th-highest-ranked recruit in the class of 2023. He originally signed with Memphis.
