Boston Celtics wing Jaylen Brown finished the season with a partially torn right meniscus, sources told ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne.
Brown played through the injury during the last month of the regular season through to the Celtics’ playoff elimination Friday.
He will be evaluated this week to determine if surgery is needed, Shelburne adds.
Brown had reportedly been receiving pain injections in his knee since March. He missed the Celtics’ final three regular-season games due to the injury.
