Dallas Mavericks center Daniel Gafford will sign a three-year extension with the club worth just under $60 million, sources told ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Gafford’s previous three-year contract was set to expire after the 2025-26 season.
The 26-year-old scored a career-best 12.3 points per game last season while starting in 31 of his 57 appearances. He also contributed 6.8 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per contest, ranking second on the team in the latter behind Anthony Davis, who averaged 2.2 in nine games for Dallas.
