Mike Perry picked up a TKO win against former UFC star Nate Diaz in the MVP MMA 1 co-main event Saturday night at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.
Referee Mike Beltran stopped the fight after the second round on the advice of Diaz’s corner.
Perry pummeled Diaz with heavy punches throughout the round and dropped him with a knee in the final seconds. Diaz was slow to get up, and blood covered his face when he went back to his corner.
