Alabama quarterback Mac Jones was announced on Monday as the winner of the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award. He becomes the third Crimson Tide passer to win the honor, joining Jay Barker (1994) and AJ McCarron (2013).
The award is named after the former Louisville and Baltimore Colts star Johnny Unitas and honors the nation’s best upperclassman quarterback.
A Golden Arm indeed.
